I made it out before the snow storm hit this morning. I started at 5:15 with the BBK group. We did hill repeats, and a 10 minute Tempo.  Warm up, cool down etc. now im on my way looking for the answer, am I human? or am I dancing? ;)

You are too funny! My boyfriend hates that song with a passion for some reason, and it is on the radio all the time, you can't get away from it! I like The Killers but I'm not crazy about their newest stuff... what they should ask is "Are we human, or are we runners"!!!

I feel like I'm pretty up on new music, but I didn't know that one. When I looked it up I guess I've heard it before. Anyway, good workout this morning. Can you use Sasha's 'dragging' technique to get me up those hills next week? I think with having to drag me you won't be at the front and I won't be at the back - a good workout and change for both of us :)

Rachel, If on your little siesta you can find a harness like Sasha has, I will definitely do it! Sasha says its one heck of a workout!

Paul, good point about the missing deer song. I thought about Olive the other reindeer also that never gets mentioned.

Kelli, I have to 4 inch scars from a surgery a few months ago to prove you wrong. Superman never mentioned a hernia when he lifted the car off his dad!
