Missed my plan run this morning from some serious problems at my work. I was able to run when I got home. I did 2-5k loops. One with Sarah (my daughter) in 25:28, the second one in 17:21.

First loop was a 8:23/mi pace

Second loop was 5:43/mi pace

So all those people you told to meet you at 5:15 in the morning on Facebook you left stranded?

From Walter on Mon, Oct 26, 2009 at 22:03:33 from 76.27.15.208

Yes Burt! Sheesh! No one will run with me now! William Campbell from St. George is the only one that responded to my message. Unfortunately he wasnt into a 5 hour drive to run with me at 5:15!

If I were closer I so would have been there! 5:15, why did you sleep in, where is your dedication to this sport?!!! Michelle and I would have already walked 1 whole mile!!! :)

From Walter on Mon, Oct 26, 2009 at 23:15:37 from 76.27.15.208

Mackenzie, that is hilarious! I dont know why 5:15 is such a burden to me right now! My give a damns busted. I think walking early in the morning counts! For Sure! At least your waking up.

Who runs 5:43 minutes miles? You are so freaking fast, even on crazy days. And Sarah is getting to be quite the runner (good genes I guess). Well done!
