Went down to Bingham High School to run this morning and Lisa, Rachel, Scott, Kelli ran with me and we did 3.5 miles or so. Then Cheryl, Nancy, and Alan ran the remaining miles with me. I dont feel so good today. I couldnt get my legs to move. I ran a nice comfortable pace the entire time. I ended up going a total of 9 miles.   I wish all those runners going to Boston the best of luck. Have fun, be careful and try to find some sun.

Sounds like a nice run. When you say your legs can't move, does that mean you are running slower than your 5:40 min/mile average? Wish my legs were "slow" at a 6 minute pace. Feel better.

No wonder you were so SLOW!!! Sorry, feel better soon. Eat good food, that will help.

Bec, Thanks its always nice to have someone to talk to, to get those miles over and done with on the days you really dont feel like running.

K-Dawg, tell Scott thanks for the number saturday. I will have fun running with you guys. By the way, the rumor is that you are supposed to run a mile per year old you are and my Birthday is Saturday so I may have to run 25 miles after the race! haha
