Ran the park trail early this morning. Very cold! Went out 5 miles and back. Made it to the swamp and back to Gardner village. Ran 3 with Danielle and the rest by my lonesome.

Check out your mileage. How many are you running tomorrow?? You are SO SO SO SO back!

(btw, Trent did not run track ... but there were two Trent Jensens I think.)

You bunch of Bed hogs! Im a little distraught and jealous at the same time.

Teena, Im really mad that I cant respond to this blog on my blackberry. Get on Facebook so I can answer. haha Im running 20-22 depending on weather. Im starting at 700 w. and 90th south on the parktrail. You coming? ;)

From Rachel on Sat, Feb 14, 2009 at 21:20:37

Wow! 20-22?!? You are a machine. You need to learn how to be a bed hog like the rest of us (at least one day a week). Do you go N from 90th or S? How long to get 20-22? I want to peak at a long run of 24 before Ogden in May (my first if you haven't heard) and I can't figure out a decent route.

From Kelli on Sat, Feb 14, 2009 at 23:52:46

Hey, what about Saturday? Did I actually beat you in mileage this week????

Scott hit 60, just so you know. he is taking your advice, I hope he survives!

From Walter on Sun, Feb 15, 2009 at 00:20:16

Rachel, Kelli and Paul made me eat my words today. I woke up with a sore throat and it was snowing, yada, yada, yada. I was short 22 miles this week!

Kelli, yes I have guilt. Ill see if I can pick the pieces of my running life back up. Nice running you die hards!

From Teena on Sun, Feb 15, 2009 at 21:28:56

Walter,

No way I'm getting on Facebook!

Hope you are feeling better.

From Walter on Sun, Feb 15, 2009 at 21:32:13

I quit writing on this because its easier to talk to everyone over there. We have a running community you should check it out. ;)

I was going to run this morning out of guilt and decided the rest would be good.

Im doing my first speed workout tomorrow morning at the oval 5:30 Im excited.

From Teena on Sun, Feb 15, 2009 at 21:34:50

I'm jealous!

From Walter on Sun, Feb 15, 2009 at 21:37:52

Its no doubt addictive. I dont have the time on my hands that I used to so im in the same boat.
