Thank you it was hard to do 5! I was thinking, I just ran 13 miles at an ubsurd pace now why am I being a wimp with 5!? How are you feeling?

Thanks Walter. I smell like chlorine... but I'm ok. It's just strange that I don't have pain from the stress fracture... I almost want to go back to the doctor and ask to get an MRI (he diagnosed it from a bone scan)... it's probably just that I'm too tough and my pain threshold is higher than most of you mortals :)

Jeff, I'm looking forward to volunteering more now that I can't run. It just makes sense!

Isnt Chlorine the best! It eats your swim suit, and keeps you smelling funky fresh all day! lol Yeah, you should get another check, but dont push yourself. Those tiny fractures can turn ugly you know! So have you made any plans for your Triathlon yet? Maybe say lake Placid next year? lol keep on pushing along my friend.
