I ran at 9800 so parktrail this morning at 6 am with Danielle. First 2 miles were ok and then it snowed into our faces We made it to the turn around and then came back and it got alot better. Our conversation was depressing from all the layoffs going on around here. I had a bunch of equipment stolen on a job site over the weekend, around $20,000 dollars worth and found that my insurance will help out with about 3,000 to reimburse. God bless our insurance companies! NOT! Im so sick of spending close to 2,000 dollars a month for something I must pay for and then get the shaft like this! In Six months I could put that money into my company and make up for my loss. That is depressing. Back to running--I was happy to run even in the most extreme situations. I cant wait till im back to full strength. I was amazed at the end of our run of how flexible Danielle was. I think my new years resolution will be to have more flexibility.

Walter - that really sucks about the equiptment. Insurance companies really suck. I know they are required and everything, but they are the biggest joke.

Hmmm... it's hard to tell if you compare to Dr. McDreamy in that comparison because his picture is too small.

Thats a horrible photo of me, I look more like frankenstein. I had to make Patrick small for the obvious reason that there might not be a similarity there. lol
