pm--6 I just went out to see if I still like running. After 3 miles I decided to hit it a little harder and ran 7x1 min. fartleks at 5K pace w/ 1 min. jog in between. It felt great. I'd like to hit some kind of run like this every week. Of course, I should truly double the reps. I think I still like running.
pm--6.25 Got out on the Anasazi Trail w/ Tom to decompress after a few action-packed days. I love the easy, light, smooth stuff on the trails. That's truly the way to fall in love w/ running again.
