I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--3 Truncated morning run to Dixie Dr., trying to flush out the crud.
pm--5 Nice run up into Green Springs. The best part of the run was that I gave the girls an option between 4 and 5 miles. They wanted 5.

am--4 A nice warm-up and cool w/ the girls, sandwiched around the Michigan. I also got a mile in w/ Chancie and then a mile w/ mile during their workout.
