I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--5 The girls did a workout w/ some k's. I jumped in for most of it and added DI to the cool-down.
pm--3.5 Hot Nails w/ a bit of running around the track w/ Nicole.

am--6 Normal Tuesday run. Up Lava Flow and down Tuweap w/ an extension to the round-a-bout.

am--5 Warm-up w/ the girls before their Michigan. I jumped in for a mile twice w/ Chancie during her 1.5 sections. After I hit the DI loop.
pm--3.5 A mutation of the DI/AC run w/ a warm-up loop after.

am--5 Truncated morning run. Then, not because of the run, I was late to a faculty meeting.
pm--4 Pre-race Sandbergs w/ 4 x 200. The 200s were hard, but it felt good to push. I love slamming the last 100 of each of those.
pm--6 Barrel Roll backwards. It was a beautiful day for a trail run. On a biological note, the mushrooms were out.
