am--5 AC/DI Nice run on an almost chilly morning.

am--6 Truncated morning run w/ a short extension. The pace was moderate from the get-go, and I struggled to get in the groove.

am--7 DI/AC/DI A nice run this morning. The temperature jumped backed up a bit, which was actually nice in the darkness of the morn. Smaller showing of girls today.
