am--4 Ran the warm and cool w/ the girls for their workout. Added a bit on the cool down. The girls rocked their workout this morning. They are really improving.

am--6 Ran a truncated morning run w/ the running buddy then extended a couple miles myself.

pm--5 Telegraph church run w/ a group of girls that was half the size at the turn around. Striders after.

pm--5 Did some running to set up the 3/3 course, warm-uped w/ the kids, ran during the workout, acting as time keeper, and finally took down the cones and cooled down. The kids are running great right now.

am--10.75 I had a no-excuse opportunity for a nice double-digit run this morning, so I took it. Ran an old favorite, the reverse Clary loop, coming in at just over 8-min. pace. This run felt great. It was a nice way to kick off a the fall season. 

RHR--I stopped counting when it went above 60.
