I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5.5 Dust buster w/ ~15 minutes in the 7:00s. Felt decent.
pm--4.5 A slow burner w/ a bloated stomach. Not sure where that came from. I have a nice trail run planned for the morning.
am--7.25 Early morning trail run w/ Andy on the Rim Circuit. It stayed overcast and cooler for the whole run. RHR--49.
pm--4.75 Steady run. Nothing special. Trying to make habits.
pm--6 A nice progressive run for 50+ minutes.
