I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--5 My regular Orem run up 400 E. and back. I felt okay. It seems like shoes w/ cushioning that gives and, thus, allows too much pronation on my funky right foot makes my inner knee ache a bit more.
am--7 My usual Tuesday grass run w/ 6x barefoot striders. They were slower today. Who knows why? I do like getting some striders in, though.
pm--3 Some easy miles, working on form.
I finished There There by Tommy Orange. It's an interesting novel told from multiple perspectives that coalesces at a powwow.
am--5 New usual w/ the Lava Cove return. My legs were dead. The run never really got going. Who knows?
