am--8.5 Ran around while the kids did their workout. Good chat w/ Holt. RHR--51.
am—1.5 Weights/Harts. Decent morning. RHR—50.
pm—4 Ran mostly around the track while kids practiced handoffs. Triple-digit temperature today.
I also finished To Kill a Mockingbird again. This version of Atticus is something to shoot for.
am—5.5 Good run, mostly w/ Addi. These morning runs often leave me beat. The first day of region went well.
am—4 Harts/Bank-and-back. Decent morning and another toasty afternoon at region. RHR—53.
pm--5 Towards the Sugarloaf. Warm day again, but we managed. It was cool to see some Senior leadership today. RHR--53.
am—8 The kids has a workout this morning. I ran to Harts beforehand and ran the warm and cool w/ the kiddos, even ran bits and pieces of the faster stuff. It was fun. RHR—53.
