I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--7 Warmup and track running while the team did their workout. Good chat w/ Holt and Carson.
pm--2 A nice jaunt around the block and some on the field.
pm—5 Dog pound out-and-back w/ a nice group.
am—6 A few different loops to hit mileage. AP test was today. The kids seemed in good spirits.
am--5.5 To the sign/neighborhood/Mini Costco. A good morning before the final day of region.
pm—6 Green Springs w/ striders. I had a nice sleep-in this morning and took down some hearty treats during the day, but the run still turned out well. On another note, our girls have some real foot speed.
am—5.5 Sullivan Trail w/ 5x CV pickups called out in an order foreordained by the mighty Virgin River.
