am--8.25 Rim Circuit w/ an added big loop. It was nice out this morning, perhaps a bit cold, but I love winter running. I got a new watch for Christmas and used it today w/ a hrm. Not a big fan of the feel, but it gives some interesting feedback. RHR--56.
