am--5 Nice run w/ a 10-min. tempo in the middle, on the dirt mile. We were shooting for ~7:15 pace, but Meskerum, Rylee, and I came through the 1st mile @ roughly 6:45. So probably a bit ambitious. I need to start wearing a GPS on these days. RHR--47.
