BTW I have tried spinach in my smoothies. . . you're right it is surprisingly good!!! Who knew? Just ask the Hunters about our green smoothies, , , ask Craig specifically :)

I call it the Holy Hammer run because it goes by a church and the Hammer's subdivision. It probably sounds more like some wicked fast tempo run or something. Maybe I shouldn't have told you. Keep it mysterious. With the shakes, is there any other crazy ingredient you like to put in them?
