am--5.25 XC practice w/ the kids. Barefoot warm up, core exercises, parkway. The IT was a constant nuisance. Every time I give it a little extra--distance or speed--the next day is a killer. I'm to the point that I just want to be done w/ it, even if I have to really just not run for a week or so.

Coach Roberts you ROCK! Get your leg better! Ride your bike along side us for a week if you need! :) That'd be fun to push the pace for us with no effort on your part! Evil, But fun! ha
