Today the workout was when you go hard 1 minute and then easy for 2 minutes. I forgot what it is called I just know it sounds like fart (really it's fard something). We had to go for 30 minutes. My knees didn't hurt too bad today, but near the end they get that compressed feeling. Afterwards we did abs. Unfortunately the great Tanner Nelson was unable to make it to practice. He's probably faking some injury. Just kidding but I wish you were there Tanner. I won't be able to go to practice tomorrow or Saturday because I have Youth Conference. On Saturday for Youth Conference we are running the Dirty Dash so I'll just count that as my workout.
