So far I have not been successful in my quest for morning runs. I went to bed late on Sunday and then had a fitful night sleep, so when the alarm went off, I said no thanks. Instead I went for a later run, after dinner. Just an easy 6. It's a little chillier here, but I think it will be warmer for the rest of the week. Now it's Tuesday and I didn't do my morning run again. Hopefully I can get on track for the rest of this week. I don't know, though. Sleep has been bad lately. But, on the plus side, my husband's job is secure for next year. That's a relief from a few solid months of stressing out about it.
