| So far I have not been successful in my quest for morning runs. I went to bed late on Sunday and then had a fitful night sleep, so when the alarm went off, I said no thanks. Instead I went for a later run, after dinner. Just an easy 6. It's a little chillier here, but I think it will be warmer for the rest of the week. Now it's Tuesday and I didn't do my morning run again. Hopefully I can get on track for the rest of this week. I don't know, though. Sleep has been bad lately. But, on the plus side, my husband's job is secure for next year. That's a relief from a few solid months of stressing out about it.

| An easy 7.3 after school. It wasn't too warm, which was good, but I could have done without the wind :) AP: 8:45 ish. I have not been eating great in the last 3 weeks or so. Every day I vow that I will not eat everything in sight, and every day there is something that contributes to my undoing. Today it was this BIG cookie at lunch. And when I say BIG, I mean BIG. It's the kind of cookie that is good for the first half, and then every bite after that you are sorta disgusted, but you keep hoping that the next bite will taste good. Oh and yeah, then I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. And I just finished a small cone from Dairy Queen. I can't help it. I love food.

These are my favorite pictures I took of my seniors (but not necessarily my favorite seniors :) ). Another one: And another one:
Thanks to Burt for showing me how to do this. You won't regret it. I promise I won't do it incessantly (other than today). Oh yeah, and I ran today too.

| I just had time for an easy 4 late in the day. I did not wear my watch. I took it excessively easy. |

| My husband and I went on a nice date last night (we never do that) to a good Korean sushi restaurant. We didn't do sushi, but we did split some steak lettuce wraps and some shrimp and scallop stir fry. It was delish. It was an early night (the boys were at the movies with their aunt and uncle). I ran afterward. It was slow (once again).

| It was really hot today. I wish I would have gone earlier, but it wasn't terrible. Just slow. |
