I am liking this shorter distance faster speed stuff for the time being. I did almost 1.5 hours on the Wii, concentrating on the strength training and the yoga poses, then went to my SIL for pizza. I stayed dressed for running, but wasn't sure I would. I ate pizza, and then decided that if I wanted to love running again, I'd have to, you know, run. I ran home from my SIL's adding on enough distance to get to 3.5 miles. I ran at a little over 8:30 pace. |
