3 sweaty miles during swimming lessons.  90 degrees.  No shade.  A little wind.  Then I came home and lifted a little.

Holy Cow you must have been looking for the air conditioning! The heat never used to bother me when I ran. Then I ran Grandma's 3 years ago. It was 65 and humid when we started. By the time we finished it was 85. There was something like 14 ambulance runs on the course that day. Every since I have struggled with the heat. Three miles in 90 degrees is impressive! :)

That's some serious heat. No wonder you were sweaty.

Laps around the pool again?

Wow! Running in 90 degrees does not sound fun, way to get it done.

Nice job - funny how great wind is in the summer and how evil it is in the winter.
