I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Perfect morning for a run with temps around 50 and very little wind. Did a few faster miles to test out the (hopefully) healed back. So far so good.
Nice & easy 6 mile run with Kimi followed by 2 hours of pickleball. Perfect way to start the morning.
Nice run with Kim except for when I was a klutz and did a face plant. But looks like I managed not to injure myself.
St George morning run. A little warm but not too bad. Did a few hills.
Nice run in St George with Kimi. Thought it might get pretty toasty but wasn't so bad.
