Great weather this morning. Travel day tomorrow so got in a few extra miles. Ran 9 miles this morning probably 4 or 5 with Kim, felt pretty good so did a couple MP miles while I tried to catch Kim towards the end when she was up ahead of me.

Just before lunch got in 3 more treadmill miles instead of the usual 30 min XT.

Six miles with Kimi in Florida. A bit sluggish from the jet lag factor and definitely not used to the humidity! Also walked a ton around Universal's islands of adventure.

More humidity miles. Rained lightly throughout the run and sorta felt like I had a hangover. Did 10 strides to try and wake up the legs with limited success.

Not much of a long run at 8 miles but I'll tell you it felt like 80 miles! Between the mega-humidity, heat and amusement park hangover it took everything I had just to finish the 8 and that's with walking breaks and 9-9:30 pace. Quite the death march!

Glad to be in Georgia the next few days where the humidity seems much less and our beautiful surroundings are just begging us to go for a run.
