Man what a lovely morning for a run, hard to beat Utah in May. Ran mostly around the river bottoms with Kimi and 4 or 5 miles with Carl G.

Ran in St George in the early morning but still a bit warm around 70 degrees. Did 10 or so strides along the way.

Easy 6-miler in the morning, then later to the gym for 30 min XT. So looks like this was my first 200+ mile month since last September.

Nice long run to start a new month. Ran mostly with Kimi with a few cameo segments with various other runners. Not as many runners out today, probably a lot of them ran Nestle 5K today.

Glad that my body seems to be doing well after 4 or 5 weeks of what for me is pretty high mileage. We'll be on vacation next week so good opportunity to take a breather and back off the miles.
