I've been walking through the week with a jog here and there but today was the first official 'run' day after the 50-miler. Legs actually feel really good. I was very sore/tired Sunday and Monday after the race but after that I got feeling pretty good pretty quick. With all the walking I did and being on dirt trails the recovery seems to be quite a bit quicker than compared to marathons I've raced, especially downhill ones.
