Six very easy miles on a very dark, windy but warm morning. Gotta love the first week of early morning running after daylight savings kicks in. Legs still a bit weary from the 18-miler on Saturday. Later I went to gym for 30 min XT + core.

Early morning 7 mile run mostly with Kimi before the snow started falling.. I was pretty sluggish, seems like I don't ever do very well in humid cold weather.

Did a wimpy hill workout just before lunch. Nice sunny day but I just didn't have much mojo going for me, I think the dang daylight savings has me off-kilter a bit this week.

Six miles in the morning with Kimi. Nice to not feel so sluggish finally after being dead-legged all week. The bum-itis seems like to be ok with 9 min miles so I figure I'll just keep the pace around there for now and make sure I don't mess anything up for Boston.

Later got to the gym for 30 min XT + core.
