So is there a good chance to BQ with the training you've put in? Seems like you've got some good canyon runs in and some long runs.

Not even going to try it Terry. All my runs have been very slow (9-10 min/mi) and I've just felt tired and beat up much of the year with all my -itis's acting up. Just going to turtle my way to the finish then take some time off from running for a while.

Sound nice to take some time off. Watching Netfix and eating candy. That should help the old-itis's.
You were pretty buff in HS and College. Maybe you should do a some lifting.
