The first 4 miles were good - 37 minutes. My stomach was funny. Took a GU. Got 2 miles (18 ish minutes) into the 2nd run and had to make an emergency potty stop. Second 2 mile run (17 minutes) Huffing and puffing and heavy legs. Sigh
