Lazy bum :). I worked out while my daughter was at kindergarten. Calves tight today. Lots of stretch and foam rolling. Easy run tomorrow and rest on Friday. Be kind SL. I had to take my 6 year old to get a few worts frozen off her fingers. Unfortunately, I had tons of worts as a kids and she has inheritated that trait from me. Poor kid....it was quite traumatic. But a treat from the gas station seemed to make life a bit better. And showing her cool band aides to her kindergarten class. |
