I had oral surgery today (lower bone and gum graft). I can't do anything that will raise my heart rate.  This will cause too much blood flow to the graft area and cause it to come off.  I knew this and had planned on this being a rest week.  

So lots of stretching and foam rolling.  And sleeping in!!!!!

aww, man! i had that done a couple of years ago. not super fun. i hope it heals up quickly. in the meantime, stretching, rolling, sleeping -- all good things. enjoy the rest week.
