Ughhhh....I'm not a fan of the TM. 3x Walking lunges Single leg hamstring lift Squats Side to side lunges Push ups Dips It's been awhile since I've done weight lifting. It felt much harder than it should've. I can tell that I need to do it...my body is creaky in certain spots. Hopefully I can do it at least once a week until Ogden. Long stretch and foam roll. |
