decent run -- around 60 deg and just a little breeze. nice running weather for sure
Kids day off from school -- ran before wife left for work. Had a good one today.
feeling ok again -- 5.2 @ 7:50 pace -- took the watch today. Some long uphills on this route. good stuff
one more time-- felt good. nice to be healthy. I just need to stay consistent and run 5-6 days a week, even if it is just 4 miles. I've slacked long enough. Maybe need to figure out alternative times to run...
