Married 21 years- - two kids - 18 year old boy and 15 year old girl
5 @ 8 ave - first 3 were good then things tailed off. I just need to keep plugging away
8 or 10 on the bike - 13.4 ave --man that is slow but it was a really good workout. My little heart was just pumping up a storm.
5 around the neighborhood -- felt good most of the way -- 7:30 ave pace.. that pace is a little too hard at this point, but I'll keep at it. Adding the bike every other day i think might help mentally and cardio-wise.
