got out for a nice run on a new route for me.  some long hills in this one.  got sunny as the run went along but overall it wasn't too hot- maybe up to the low 80s.

Ran over to Emory again to watch a few minutes of track night.  Got to see some 400s this time.  Then finished.   Felt strong at the end - a couple low 7s at the end.  

About 2.5 miles in I had a little tug in my left groin area, which is really weird cause I haven't had an issue with that since soccer in high school.  I stopped, made a feeble attempt at a stretch, and then started walking home.  Well that got boring and slow so I jogged it out and it never hurt again -- weird.  I hope that doesn't come back.  I don't need an injury.

just a really crappy run - I was in a hurry - that prob started it.  mp3 player broke and my old phone isn't working as an mp3 player very well.  and it rubs my thigh raw.  then my shoelace came untied.  and this week it just feels like I have to work to breathe.

nice little run around 2:30 - nice running a day after an off day.  Legs feel strong.
