seems like it doesn't it? August was pretty crappy -- Sept will be better.
At least I didn't have a bad reaction to the sting.
And my foot doesn't hurt any worse after the 2 miles. So I will try 2-3 today and see what happens.

was on vacation for the last 9 days - completely no running - but an awesome time with the family. I am ready to fire it up again. No foot pains at all !
