tried to get some miles in before my wife left to work and in between thunderstorns. had to alter my course after 3 cause of a thundercell coming. Ran to home and then did a nother 1.5 out and back. Made it to the turnaround when another cell came in really fast. The lightning was coming closer and closer. Luckily I made it to a store that is .5 from my house so I could call for a pickup. They were quite nice and let me use their phone and drip in their doorway... 8.8 @ 7:38/mi ave pace - slowed by running through rivers and puddles. |
