Evening run? I ran 5 at 7:30 pm ... still 80 degrees ... had to slow down in 3rd mile, just to make sure I didnt quit before I hit 5!

Yeah Jon, I ran around 7:30 also. I just took it at 8 min pace (prob slower than that) and slowed on hills as needed. I a out of shape.

Dale - it was nice to get back out to some of my favorites neighborhoods. My foot felt a little sore this morning but I think it just takes time to get used to this again.
