got out before a nap today.   maybe thats the key for running on this shift - i actually felt reasonably decent.  i just tried to be steady the whole run  a few long hills

Hopefully you figure out your new running schedule soon. Did your job change the hours you are working? Looks like you got in a good run.

yeah Rhett - we cover 24x7 so I got this overnight shift this week.. back to regular next week. I'm sure that will be another adjustment back to normal hours.
