Hey Slick - track night tuesdays are this month and next. I'll try to go to those for some speedy work. June and July and Aug each have a short race (5K and 4mi). That's all I have right now.

I'm pretty happy with how last week went, consistancy-wise. So things are progressing. I do need to create a training plan today.
