felt better today. My overall pace was back to normal but I had trouble keeping the effort up there. I felt good one minute and bad the next. I'm not sure what that is all about. We'll see what the Thursday run goes like.

Yeah, what is up with that? That happens to me quite a bit. I do a lot better when I focus on my form.
