Very happy with this run.  I really enjoyed getting out this morning and doing a "long" run.  I had times when I felt great, times when I got the tingles from the endorphins, and times when I didn't feel great -  all the things that I love about running.  Best of all, through all those feeling, I kept going and going and going, like the little engine that could...

I've found my pace around 7:30's.  The past three or four runs have been right around that pace on average.

Nice job Tim. I'm still looking for that pace again. Some days I have it, others I don't. Glad you had a great run.

same for me Rhett - it comes and goes. Last week it was gone, this week, a little better. A little cooler too. that helps a lot.

I think the temps have a lot to do with it too. Tuesday morning when I had my fastest run of the week it was only 61 degrees. Today it was 81. 20 degrees makes a big difference.
