89 deg and sunny today

Felt ok - my left ankle is a little sore this week but it goes away after a few miles.   Maybe it is the slower miles.  Sometimes I think that is what makes it hurt - for example it always gives me fits after an ultra with the slow miles.

WOW almost 90 degrees! I would melt in that heat!

If slow miles alter your strides then it can be the culprit. What about the shoes or running surface?

yeah I think it must affect how my foot lands - just enough... maybe

It was 50F at my 5K this morning, and we're usually in the same temperature ballpark. Nice run in those conditions.
