Made the family breakfast and then split for the road.  Never felt all that great today for some reason.  The last three or so were a slog, but I got in the longest run in three months, so I'm happy enough.  

10.7 @ 8:04 ave pace

Might need to get out for .5 later so I can hit 40 for the week... pretty happy about the week.  It wasn't that hard and I still hit 40 (almost).

Great week Tim, taking the time off was really smart, and it appears paid off! I wish I had a legitimate excuse, mentally wearing down from running in the heat doesn't really qualify as legitimate! :)
