feeling sleepy and fat, I went out for an evening run after my wife got home from work.  I felt ok once I got a half mile into it.  Finished strong

Yeah Marc - looked back to last years blog entries and I've gained a lot of weight in the last year - it sucks. I need to get this fixed...
