Cool. Nice job. hey, were your feet sore after you started running again? Mine have been.

yeah DAle - it is a little sore at times. It comes and goes. No sharp pain- so I am keeping at it. This week I am doing a little longer runs than last week but I'm doing them with a non-running day in between...at least so far.

The Garmin is a cool tool, isn't it? Good run, Tim.

it sure is Marc - I'm sold on it. I don't think I know how to use all the features, but that's ok. And it so far has matched up with the course lengths that I've calculated on mapmyrun.com, which is comforting I wasn't running short or long...

I don't leave home (on a run) without my Garmin. Nice pace for a hot humid night.

Excellent run Tim, glad to see you pick up the pace a little & not experience any sharp pain ... you are approaching things wisely! I don't know how I ran without my Garmin ... oh wait ... I didn't! lol
