I ran long today - in the heat.  It was a longer than I planned earlier in the week.  Since I totally missed yesterday I wanted to make up a few miles and get to 50 for the week.  Things went well - as well as possible in the summer heat.

thanks Teena - it is difficult but I think it pays off in the end. Plus I'm just too lazy to get up early and get it done.
