just a really crappy run - I was in a hurry - that prob started it.  mp3 player broke and my old phone isn't working as an mp3 player very well.  and it rubs my thigh raw.  then my shoelace came untied.  and this week it just feels like I have to work to breathe.  

3.5 @ 7:46 ave - meant to do 4 but ran out of time 

Felt even less like it later -
